Most things in the desert are best done before noon
So we broke camp early…headed into Winslow
This has been the busiest destination so far on Route 66 and it wasn’t overcrowded…Flatbed Ford Cafe for breakfast.

They have a lovely walking path along the railroad tracks.
Outside Flagstaff the mountains changed…they are green with pines.
It didn’t last long, our camp in Seligman back to desert. I cooked dinner – simple pasta with sauce & cheese. Love my spice rack inside the cabinet door.
Kicking back waiting for laundry to finish.
